I'm going to pull the colors out and see how they look with the fabric.

I recently bought some fabric online and when it arrived its a lot darker than I anticipated or remembered seeing on the website. Is there a way for me to lighten it without ruining the fabric. Its a sage color but its almost brownish/with a hint of green. Going to stitch the Legend of the Dogwood ...

Yes, mine was received! I almost cursed at the package literally. I thought, dang that company for sending my gift to someone else back to me!!! Sorry, mine was opened out of anxiety and fear that this actually happened. But yes, I received it a bit ago.

Since finishing the Dog Bone Wisdom I have restarted Country Bloomers. I am going to alter the pattern just a little at the end. Finally finished and framed!! 3 year project. Beautiful colors and well loved pattern! I recommend this to anyone to stitch!

Ok...not a picture update! But, I wanted to say that all bones have been finished and I am half way finished with the backstitching on the bottom row of bones!!! Tomorrow should have a finished piece!
