I got my new camera! Been without one for around 18 months so I am so happy now. Also got a fantastic XS quilt from my forum pals on the WOCS forum for my 70th birthday on Monday. Here's a pic of it.

I smoked from age 14 to 56 when I suddenly found myself needing open heart surgery. I was told to give up otherwise it meant the surgeon's would be wasting their time operating so hubby made me stop. It was unbelievably easy. Although hubby was a heavier smoker than me he said he would give up too ...

Just popping on for a few minutes to thank all those that sent me birthday cards. Off to get ready for my party now.

We had a 5.3 earthquake here last night and it was quite scary, It lasted a full minute which doesn't seem long but believe me it feels like forever when it's happening. It was the largest one here in 30 years. Luckily no reports of major damage or injuries. Any one else in Victoria feel it?
