Wow I can see one really happy little girl once this is finished, it's gorgeous and sooooooo girly :D :D. I can't wait until Lily gets into these sort of things - she's not 2 yet - but having a little girl after three boys means there's soooooo much more potential for stitching pretty things :D

LOL, I have to watch Taby when looking at the Ariel :wip: She snuck up behind me one day and tried to tell me it was hers.

My favorite growing up was Jasmine. I even named my pet rat after her. My little brother and I would watch Aladdin a million times a day, the whole time playing narator.

My oldest is a boy, so I was glad to have Taby. Everything in my house but me (when I got pregnant with her) was male. Even the dog, two cats, and two rats we had were male. I knew before the ultrasound that she was female, but I knew my son was a boy before then too.

omg, you just described me exactly! My favorite was Jasmine, too, and I'd watch Aladdin over and over and over with my sisters and little brother. We all knew it by heart :D Too funny!

I can't watch or listen to the song "whole new world" from that movie without laughing my head off. When I was in high school, two of the guys that I was in band with lip sung to the song while acting it out. We were all laughing so hard we were crying. I still tear up at the song 14 years later.

I'm not as far as I was hoping to be but I've got alot of Belle done. I just have the bottom part of the stem on the rose and the dark yellow on her dress. Then the stuff going around the edge below her. I was hoping to start the backstitching on that side by now.

I was hoping to work on it today but I've managed to wear myself out already with house work, laundry and taking down the Christmas tree. This head cold isn't helping any either, but that's what I get for going north for Christmas and bearing the colder weather.
