Please, don't give up. It's OK to give it a little rest - why don't you make one of those cute little things you are so good at - that should give you the satisfaction of completing something, then you can come back to the castle.

I hope you start feeling better soon! I know what you mean about wanting to stitch but just not wanting to stitch your current wip. Maybe just work a little on it each day or week and work on something else the rest of the time. Hopefully you'll get the stitching bug back for this project!

Oh CF how terrible to have a cough that is so bad that it makes you unable to focus. I hope you feel better soon. :grouphug: Have a nice hot tea and some cough medicine.

Just take a break from the Castle and stitch another one that you like. Hopefully it would get you inspired to get back on the Castle again. Hope you'll get well soon...take care!

Oh poor C-F, it's no fun when you feel rotten.
Maybe a little light stitching while you're not feeling so great will help you over this time.

aww, sorry you don't feel well, CF. Being sick sucks :( I just got over a cold myself.

I haven't done any stitching on my Castle for over a week because I got some books for Christmas and I've been immersed in them 24/7 since then. I figure I'll get back to stitching once I read this series. The Castle will still be there waiting for me when I'm done reading :)

Don't be too hard on yourself. If you want to take a break from the Castle, just do it and stitch something else for awhile. This is supposed to be fun! Don't force yourself to stitch something you aren't "feeling".

Hope you feel better soon!

ok, so I never saw this design before and then twice in 5 mins, spooky.
Take a break from it or see the other almost completed one to re-inspire you.
Hope you feel better soon.
