Yeah, cashel linen. Very uneven thicknesses of thread in both warp and weft, some very thick, some painfully thin, and actual clumping here and there, which I try to tease out so the stitching doesn't look too uneven. And it wasn't bravery, it was ignorance!

I'd never used cashel linen before and didn't know how uneven it was.

But I've sorta got used to it.

I don't think I'll use it again, though, unless I fnd a design I love that demands it.
I always do things like that - jump in with both feet and look afterwards!

It usually works our pretty well in the end (but with quite a bit of cursing along the way!)
