Thank you all for the lovely comments - you're making me blush

I have to say that this really isn't difficult to do. Fiddly at times, but that's all. I do have to thoroughly recommend the book. It does explain every step very clearly with lots of big diagrams and with 4 full projects in it I think it's a real bargain too - about the same price as a single chart.

Serinde I'd love to see yours as well :D :D :D

I can't tell you how frustrated I am. :? :? I'm no novice when it comes to satin stitch, but I've had to :ribbit: the top band 3 times. I'm blaming ancient eyes and not enough light, so I will make a working copy to enlarge the design. (The first :ribbit: had to do with learning to read her graphing, which I initially found odd and confusing, but I think I've got it now...) I will get this on the go! Really!

Poor Serinde, I had to get stronger glasses to those I actually wear for reading so as to be able to read small things and see smaller counts. Hopefully the enlarged chart will make a big difference for you.
Looking forward to seeing your version soon as well.

:( Serinde that is so frustrating. I really hope you can fix this with a larger chart.
