freelady wrote:Not from the postie but from my daughter's friend. Her mother asked her to bring me a big bag when she came back from a visit. Well, there are about 30 consecutive issues of Quick and Easy as well as a few various other titles. Also were the charts, booklets and free kits from many of them. There was even the recent Flower Fairies alphabet...I so nearly bought that but needed something else instead that day.

A quick look last night turned up several (now THAT is an understatement) projects for me to drool over before I start them. My to do list is getting so big that I need to get fitter to live long enough to do them all.

I'm one grateful bunny today.
Wow what a fab surprise!!! Enjoy your new stash xxxx

Oh yes!!!! I ordered 4 pieces of silkweaver opal linen - Iris garden, seaside twinkle,Treasure trove and Elegance and they are gorgeous. Much to my delight an extra came too, a freebie, a piece of 32ct opal linen 18 x 27 inches big (so pretty huge for a freebie) It is a lilac blend with an opalescent thread throughout it.
I'm such a happy bunny.

Here is a piccy but it in no way shows the fabric in it's best light. They are beautiful. The front one is the freebie.

My favourite too.
The freebie is one of Emma's own hand dyed opals. She does them to order and sell on the remains of the batch.
Now I have seen the quality of hers, I will order her stuff again but her prices on the silkweaver were brilliant. All the fabric is 18 x 27 inches and was £10.50 for each piece!!!!
