Sampler surprise!

Well, it's going to be a surpise to me!

I decided to do a sampler for a friend with a little girl of 5 months. I decided against the usual baby one as she's already 5 months and I just wanted to do something a bit different from the norm.
So I'm going to do my usual trick of just throwing it together as I go along.
To start off I found a little girl design holding a cat and then I've vaguely thought I'd put her name at the top, date of birth underneath and maybe a delicate border of some sort around it.
Of course I have no idea of the alphabet I want to use, no idea of how much fabric I'll have to play with until the girl is complete and no idea of the 'delicate' border I want to achieve yet either.

So we'll just have to see what appears!

It is out of the world of cross stitching Mabel, she's called 'Candyfloss' I think, but I can't remember who the designer was though. I'll have a look later.
