Great start on the project. Love the flowers and the bling. :)

Great fabric as well, I love the colours, especially the mint green and lavendar.
The dog kit is really cute!

I seem to be jumping between projects at the moment (and I blame all of YOU - before I joined this forum I was strictly a one at a timer! :D )

On Monday there wasn't any work for me to do for most of the afternoon, so I finished the C of the alphabet. I think the cat looks gorgeous but I'm unhappy with the orange spots (they're there you just can't see them in the pictures.)

The letter G has the same colour combo so I plan on using a lighter shade for its spots and if it works I may come back and replace the spots on C. I plan on 'labelling' each letter in the end (in black backstitch) which is why there is writing under the letters so far. I found a website that allows you to put in the text you want and it creates the pattern for you.

The plan is now to finish the roses at work before going on with more of the alphabet.

He is a very adorable little fellow. Your alphies are looking good.

Yes this forum has also corrupted me. I was always a one project get it finished then do the next. Now I have 3 on the go and was thinking of starting another as I want to try a new fabric.

* has lost count of the number of things she has on the go...*

Great progress, and I like the idea of labelling them all; I hope you'll find a colour combination you like for the red-with-orange-spots letters!

Cute cat! :applesauce:

Yes, the forum has corrupted me, too. I used to work on one project at a time. Now I have a SAL that has a weekly component for a year, one that has a monthly component that takes 2 years, a travel project for when I'm waiting, and 2 other projects.

I fully intend on finishing this tonight (one more leaf, the rest of the yellow ring and the backstitch) so that the only working project I have at the moment is my QS. When I was at the craft show on the GC last weekend I mentioned that I was doing a HAED to one of the ladies who ran the Stitchabout stall and she said that she had never seen a finished HAED and would love to see it. Well there is a craft show in Brisbane at the end of the month so I hope to have it finished by then (But pleasssssssssse don't hold me to it!) to show her.

Well I got this finished on Sunday. I love the way the backstitch makes the stitches seem much higher off the fabric.
