Autumn Cottage

Post by Lauram340 »

Hey!
I havent been on here for a long time, due to one thing or another. Today I picked up this cross stitch to start.

My mum has done 3 of the other ones so hopefully mine will be as good as hers :)

Do not know how many designs there are involving cottages with other pistures around them but I find them very effective. Love the colours on this one and looking forward to seeing it develop.

Good luck with this one. The Orchard Cottage was one of the first big cross stitch projects that I finished. It took my around 12 years, but was well worth it in the end!! (You can see it in my Gallery).

I'll look forward to watching your progress.

I believe there are ten cottages in the series, if there are more then I must have missed some. They are lovely when done, lots of things to see on every one of them.
Happy Stitching.

Delightful picture! Lots of little mini-projects within one (I like charts like that). Great colours too!
