I just checked my first post in this thread - Oct 2008 - and I reckon I'll have the basic design complete before the end of June this year. Not bad, considering I stopped work for the Christmas stuff I did.

Wandatoo - yes, it's time consuming, and fiddly, I have to admit. I've only ever done one Teresa Wentzler before, and that was on 14ct aida which was much easier (not that I thought so at the time!

) However, as this one has grown I've got more and more comfortable with all the quarter stitches, and blending isn't really a problem: it just adds a little time to the stitching. Why not check out the smaller TW designs? I have a lovely little TW dragon design waiting to be done, for a needle case.
But I have a much bigger dragon project waiting for me first.
