Picked up two parcels from the depot - Cross Stitcher's Bible and a pair of boots to replace ones that were stolen.

I came back from a lovely weekend away for my wedding anniversary to discover my subs copies of WOXS and Cross Stitcher had arrived, but better still, and a complete surprise, the most wonderful coaster from Mabel! (See mini projects). I think she's a mind-reader on the quiet as I particularly liked that coaster, and lo! I have it!!

Thank you so much Mabel.

Here's the picture I promised of the Silkweaver hand-dyed fabrics I bought. This first picture is of the 32 ct lugana 9x13 in Ice Blue(on left) and 28 count lugana 9x13 Solos which is their unique hand dyed fabric. Both of these were in a grab bag option.

Image

The one on the left in this picture is 28 ct opalescent lugana 9x13 in karma sparkle (it's a light lavendar). The other one is 32 ct lugana 9x13 in summer breeze. Both of these were in their odds and ends page at a discounted price.

I still don't know what I'm going to use them for, but I'm sure I'll find something.

Well, Busy B, all I can reply is... ( I  this smiley!!) So useful)

My postie didn't bring the threads I'm desperate for, but he did bring a bargain I found on ebay, it's a beautiful dress I ordered for a wedding and a special convention in Norfolk next month. I got it reduced from 99 quid to 30!!!! It was worn once, and still smells new, I am very happy!!
