I like my tv too, but as with all, can xtsitch to most of the shorts. Love my CSI, and all the detective, forensic programmes. Also enjoy deadliest catch , it holds a special place cos my dad was a fisherman, and we both love to watch the series. I also love eastenders, I annoy OH on sunday mornings at 6.30 when there is a whole weeks worth on. He usually gets up and starts preparing sunday lunch, can you believe 2 goods things in 1.lol
But I luv greys anatomy, desperate housewives, everything except sci-fi, sorry guys, I was always a stuck in the mud for all things I can see and relate too. My, it sounds as if I love TV, I do really, its far better to watch TV and stitch than it is to go out to bars etc. I'm a home bug, how bought you??
Live every moment like it means something, because it does!!! And cross stitch every moment you can steal.lol

We have a few usual shows in this house, too-CSI (sad to see Grissom leaving :( ), NCIS, Smallville, Eleventh Hour, Stargate Atlantis (only a couple shows left), and I always try to watch Top Chef, Project Runway, Dancing with the Stars. Of course we also watch NFL football during the season (unfortunately the Colts lost last night :x ) and NASCAR racing.

C_F, have you seen the 2 Stargate SG-1 movies out on DVD? One is a continuation of the series with eliminating the Ori and the other one could be a stand-alone movie but ties in with the series (also has Jack in it) dealing with System Lord B'all.

My favourite shows would have to be (in no particular order): Family Guy, Heroes, Dr Who, Bones, Miss Marple, Spicks and Specks and So You Think You Can Dance Australia. I also own all the seasons of That 70's Show and Gilmore Girls on DVD (over Christmas/New Year I got through 3.5 seasons of Gilmore Girls - I really do  that show!)

Anybody watching this year's Big Brother? I always say I hate it and it's a load of rubbish and then I always end up liking the look of one of the housemates and getting addicted to it. It's a good thing they scrapped the live feed this year or I'd be watching far too much of it!

I used to spend too much time watching telly, so I'm a bit more choosy these days.
I stopped watching soaps and big brother, I'm a celebrity etc...

Currently loving:

'Dexter' (about a serial killer, but it's sort of with a twist!)

'Sons of Anarchy' (about rather scrummy bikers!)

I loved all the Alan Partridge shows, and have them on DVD, but other than that, I don't watch much!

I tend to listen to shows rather than watch them. I also have Sky+ so I record stuff and watch at leisure.
We watch a lot of football (soccer) - anything that's on. I've rediscovered CSI: I went off it a little bit but I'm enjoying the new series and recording old episodes. Laurence Fishburne is great.

I loved The Shield and I also like the Law and Order franchises, although I wasn't impressed by the UK version (it had a lot of procedural errors which I always find detracts from the show). I've stopped watching the soaps. Corrie has become the David Platt Show and I cannot abide him. Eastenders was always incredibly poor.

I've got some boxsets I watch: Sopranos, Ab Fab, Nip/Tuck but I've really gone off telly. I never watch 'reality' stuff although I dip into Jeremy Kyle if I'm off work.

Oh my didn't see this post. Well I have to say my tv is mostly on for background noise. But I love CSI (original) Survivor, Amazing race, Desperate housewives, House, The Bachelor/bachelorette, Hells Kitchen (gotta love Gordon). I usually catch my soap in the eve Young and the Restless, but it is getting hokey and not sure when I'll get back to watching it. ummm I think that's it.

Currently I am trying to find a why to get rid of OH between 12 and 5 on Saturdays and Sundays 5 whole hours of Star Trek: Next generation on Saturdays and 5 whole hours of Star Trek Voyager on Sundays! He hates Star Trek! If Virgin ever buy the rights to Stargate SG1 or Atlantis he is up the creek without a paddle cos that channel will never be switched off! I have just discovered Chuck I think its hilarious!

I have been watching a show called "Fashion Show" it is a competition of lesser known designers trying for a win of $125,000.00 to promote there designs in the main stream. It makes me laugh. The men are more emotional then the women are. My hubby hates it.

Can't wait for the new season. I got sucked into this too. My guilty pleasure.
New show on now called Merlin. When he was young. Lots of fun and fast moving.
Harper's Island - another creapy show. Only 7 people left alive now.
Hell's Kitchen starting soon. whoohoo. I love seeing people sweat. Too bad about Ramsay's language.
All kinds of new summer shows starting soon. Sad to say but I AM A TV ADDICT. There, I've said it

I haven't really gotten into Fashion Show. It's the one that Bravo created to take the place of Project Runway (which I enjoy) since it is moving to Lifetime come August.
