Some aida i bought from sew and so ages ago, but was out of stock, and i completly forgot about

and he pushed a card through, the sender didnt put enough postage on, so i gotta pay £1.17 to get it, £1 of that is a fee :x i hate the royal mail! will ring paul and see if he can grab it on his break, he works literally next to the sorting office :D

You should take this up with SewandSo. Their customer service is normally excellent. They should refund you that fee.

I was thinking the same thing, their customer service is excellent and they'd very likely much rather be told about the mistake so they can put it right, than have a disgruntled customer!

the fee is for something else. dont know what it is, cuz the package is at the sorting office

Those Dragon Floss threads are absolutely gorgeous! I've just googled it and I can't believe I didn't know that shop was there, I'm definitely going to make the effort to go over the next few weeks and raid it. I might wait until I've had my holiday though :lol:

I received my 14ct marble aida (beige) that was in a Sew and So sale ages ago and was out of stock. I had completely forgotten about it as it was outstanding on an order that I received afew weeks ago.. lovely surprise :D
