Royal Mail still haven't delivered that package which had Customs duty on it  and now of course we're off for the weekend and I bet it won't fit through the letterbox so I'll come home to find another Royal Mail notice saying come and collect it. Hmph.

Thanks for the info. I was just taking the ref no from the naked, empty, plastic bobbin that's laying in my stash box

Absolutely!! I got an email from them asking me to confirm my credit card details for an outstanding order. I rang them as it sounded a bit dodgy, but the order had been outstanding for so long my credit card had expired in that time.

But get this - the lady from SewandSo KNEW my name by my postcode alone!!! HOW MUCH DO I ORDER FOR THEM TO KNOW THAT??  She said I was the only customer at that postcode, but even so!!

They are launching a new website soon, one that keeps details of our addresses etc so we can just log in and easily order even more stuff :D . I suggested a loyalty reward scheme  !

I got a nice Blackwork pattern plus a complimentary cottage chart from nice Slinky. She added a personalized cross stitched card that I really love.

A book I ordered online 2 days ago: "Midsomer Murders on Locations" - I love the show, and was really interested in the descriptions of the places. I was a wee bit disappointed, though, because the photos in it are really small and black and white :(
