Dimension to dmc conversion

Does anyone know if a list is available please? I have a fabulous chart passed on to me but the thread list is all dimension threads. I'd be very grateful for any hekp.

I just bought a dimensions chart on ebay and had not worked out how I was gone convert it?

I have used this site before and at a guess, i would say accuracy is over 90%. I was doing a dimensions gold project, it had 18 count fabric and the threads. However, I really struggled with the 18 count so decided to pull out qand do it on 14 count and use three strands.

Of the colours I ran out of,m there were 30 intotal, the majority matched using this site,m a couple were a bit out but not that noticeable and only one seemed very way out to me so I used that in a separate section and so it turned out just fine.

The item was seasshell treasure it's in my gallery so you can see that the substituation in fact is very good but not 100%.

I went from Dimensions to DMC, I am not sure if maybe going for a mix is possible, like some to DMC and some to anchor. I only have DMC threads.

If you are doing a whole project from the start though, it wouldn't be an issue.
