Its beautiful

Re: Sarah's Sunflowers - FINISHED!!!!!
Just an idea, Sarah. My mum has just done another in this series of flowers and she has stretched hers on to one of those canvas blocks so it has no frame round it at all and I have to say it looks stunning.
Yours is looking beautiful. Well done.
What are you going to do in the mornings now??

Absolutely lovely! And I love Liz's idea of the canvas block rather than a frame. They'd really stand out.

Re: Sarah's Sunflowers - FINISHED!!!!!
these are so pretty. i have to say that the wording would really frustrate me though. i have looked at the lanarte patterns before but didn't realize that they were mostly gibberish.
i'm not sure what canvas block is. can some explain or show an example?

Re: Sarah's Sunflowers - FINISHED!!!!!
Thank you for all the great comments, everybody!
Liz, I do think stretching this over a canvas block would be a good idea - my OH's Mum has some artwork which is done like that and it looks very effective.
I will be starting on a Daffodil project for Mother's Day in the mornings next. I'll start a separate thread for that.
