I have both and use them for very specific things. Use the desktop a bit more as it is the one that is hooked up to the internet. :D

In the words of the immortal Bill and Ted - Party on, Dude!

Carry on with a project that I am not enjoying but is meant to be a Xmas gift for someone, or leave it, perhaps for next year, and start a new project that I will enjoy more?

Frozen dinner if it's one I cooked myself earlier and put in the freezer for just such an occasion, otherwise a takeaway.

Tough call. Depends on whats playing. There is an old theater near me that will have an organist play the score live during old movies- super fun and they have excellent popcorn with real butter. I'll pass on most of the crap Hollywood has been putting out lately- but will watch an old movie any day. But it is hard to beat live theater- I am amazed at the talent some people have.

When there is a chill in the air.. put on a sweater or wrap in a blanket?

Wrap in a blankie. When my son was 2 he gave me a "blankie" It's a Fantastic four fleece blanket that my husbands aunt gave my son for Christmas. Everyone but my husband now has a blankie ;)

Depends what mood I'm in - all winter long I wait for the snow because I love how clean it makes everything look, but once it goes all slushy I hate it. In the summer, I LOVE to go out in a heavy downpour, especially if there's thunder and lightning - it feels so exciting!

What's your favourite piece that you've ever stitched, and why?

That's hard. :thinks:
I've loved different pieces for different reasons, but I am especially attached to the one I'm stitching now, my dogs! Mostly because my staffy has a serious heart condition and we don't know how long she's got. Also, our cavalier possibly has the brain problem that inflicts that breed, so this is probably the project that means the most.

Forum time or stitching time? :shifty:

That's a hard one. :thinks:

Can I fudge? I'd have to say forum time at work, cos keeps me in touch with my stitching side whereas actual stitching might be a bit obvious :D At home though, stitching time - afterall, it's why we're all on here anyway and what else would keep the SAL threads running :D

Hmm, I love a shower when I want to freshen up or get ready fairly quickly, but nothing beats soaking in a bath to relax. :thinks:

Bath!

26 is my favorite size it seems to work well with most every count that I use except for 11 that is the size of my tree skirt so I use 24 for that one. 26 is just right for sliding under the threads at the back when you are finishing off. The eye is a bit hard to see at times but I just like that size.

Oh, why do I have to choose? I wear a colored lip gloss from Sonja Kashuk at Target most often. But I am picky about lip glosses- some can be too thick or sticky. I also have one from MAC that I like but its expensive.. for just a lip gloss

Background noise, preferrably with the tv on. I'm waiting for colder weather so we can have the fire going again and listen to an audiotape ;)

French Fries or Baked Potatoe.. or mashed?
