Hello from Newbie in Grimsby!!

Hi everyone, iam well pleased that i found this forum, i find it is so helpful, especially the tips section!!! I have done very small cross stitchs in the past. I am just finishing of a tatty teddy birth sampler of which i have really enjoyed doing. When im not cross stitching im busy with me 2 boys or work, iam a nurse and im hopefully going back to uni to do midwifery. ive got an interview on 3rd of november, so wish me luck

Hi there and welcome to the forum. :wub: (I meant to say that in my other posting - then didn't as I wasn't sure you were a newbie then) Note to self: always read all relevent postings before replying! Glad you found this place. I'm sure you will find it useful, as I have. Lots of nice people on here who are only too willing to share their experience. Only last night I was searching the web looking for answers to some craft queries I had - no joy and taking too long. :idea: The forum! Answers and pics to help me within minutes (thanks to Midge). Perfect.

I come from Grimsby myself, in fact my parents still live over that way. I'm in Scunthorpe now.
