I got this kit for my birthday and although I'm working on two other projects at the moment I just had to start this one.

When I was looking for a balloon project for my mom it was a toss up between this one and Twilight Balloon Flight. I picked TBF because it wasn't a kit and I hate sorting through all the threads in a kit. But now I'm curious. Were the threads pre-sorted? Does it use fractional stitches? I'm going to love watching this one develop.

This is lovely! I'm going to enjoy watching you do this. I do like alot of the kit designs, but I'm put off when the threads aren't presorted and have alot of similar colours.
