This is lovely Sarah. I have a Palgrave's Golden Treasury poetry book that an Aunt gave me 34 years ago and the page with this poem on it, still has a book mark in it. Your daffodils are beautiful

"To the extent that this world surrenders its richness & diversity, it surrenders its poetry. To the extent that it relinquishes its capacity to surprise, it relinquishes its magic"
It's framed! OH and I went over to see my parents today and before we went we dropped in at the framing shop in their town with this and he said if we went back before he shut the shop he would have it done for us! I was well pleased with how he framed this - can't wait till Mother's Day now to see my Mum's face when I give it to her.
The photo doesn't really do it justice actually, the frame is more goldie than brown. I might try and get a better one in daylight.

That's lovely Sarah. I like the way you have taken the chart and added the poem to 'make it your own' (as they say on X-Factor). Your Mum will love it, I'm sure.

It's really looking great framed.
You know that this project of yours gave me the idea to stitch my favourite poems/quotations, and find illustrations with them? Thank you so much for the inspiration.
