Hello Dorothy and welcome!

For most computer related questions I've found it's usually best to ask a 10-year-old :? -- but you can set up a gallery here when you've posted 10 times, and then you can show those images in your posts. There are a few threads explaining how to do this, I'll try and find them!

Hi Dorothy
It's the first time I enter to this forum after a search, and the first topic I read is yours, so I have to say hello while everyone says welcome :D .
My name's Thuy and I'm from Vietnam, your name make me remember one of my colleges 3 years ago when we worked in HoChiMinh city, her name same like yours and she is from Australia too and also at the age of grandmom I think :-)
Waiting to see your cross stitch works.
Cheers
