CF - reading this thread again made me realize - this must have been in my subconscious lately - I have not made cupcakes in probably a year - and in the past month I have made three batches - DH, his coworkers and my family have really enjoyed.

The cupcake tower is a great idea! So much easier than cutting slices out of a big one.

The Snickers cupcake looks incredibly, wonder how many calories are in that? Maybe best not to think about it!
