Hello,
This is my first stitch-a-long thread, so I hope I'm doing it right!
This is a kit I've started - I hope it will (eventually) be a present for a friend who loves lighthouses - we went on a lighthouse-finding trip last year up North.
It's the Cut-Thru Lighthouse, by Bothy Threads:
And here is how I've got on so far:

A great start and I look forward to seeing your progress. Can I be daft and ask what a cut-thru is?

Cut-Thru is the name of this range of kits - they are all of buildings which look like they have been sliced in half to see inside, a bit like a doll-house.
Thank you all for your kind comments - I am working on filling in the spaces in my green background and will post a picture when I can! I don't stitch very quickly though...sometimes I get too engrossed in whatever I'm watching on TV and concentrate on that instead

Next update
I'm going to try to do the backstitch as I go along - it'll make each section seem 'finished' and much nicer to look at, hopefully.
