I have issues adjust from 18 count to 14 count... my head can't fathom trying to adjust from 25 to 14

Here's another update - managed to finish the sea now with all its horrible fractional stitches.

As I mentioned in the UFO thread, I decided to work on this during January's UFO week as I don't have any other UFOs to do now.
Anyway, I've just finished it, rigging and all. I was surprised how quickly I got it done. Here's a picture of the whole finished picture -
