I'm moving house on Saturday so I really will have to resist looking this time as I really do have more important things at the moment to spend my money on.

I have 12 in my wishlist...... and to answer your question I took a good long look at each one in my wishlist.... I think I've decided to settle on Julie Fain's The Dreamer.

 Oh my gosh I just decided on one!!!!!

I've got The Dreamer!! I love it and think I may start it sometime next year. I think there were a few of us on the board that have it and we were considering doing a SAL together!!!

I was looking at this and I love how realistic it looks. I'm afraid to order anything dark though, as the two HAED patterns that I have are darker than they appear on the screen. I'm afraid the detail would be lost in a pattern that's already dark. Just wondering how many colors The Dreamer has, and how many skeins of black?
Current WIP's:
Fall Lake (GK)
Crackling Silence (Mystic Stitch)
Hidden Spirits (Dimensions)

I told my mom I found a pattern I want and she said she'll pay for everything I need for it... :D I wanted it like RIGHT THEN, but I'll have to be patient until she's ready to buy it all I guess lol

The Dreamer has 90 colors and there are 53,445 stitches of black (about 15 skeins if doing 1 over 1 on 25 count)

I was showing DH a few of the patterns last night (he likes Christmas Presence and Sanctuary of Knowledge) when we were talking last night. I think he was really impressed by the amount of detail in them (even though I've shown him ones before). We're not buying gifts for each other this year (but he is hopefully making more scroll frames for me). He's an enabler and mentioned that he doesn't mind me buying any of them. I'll probably wait until the next sale though. I also showed him the patterns for the storykeep SAL that they will be doing in the new year. I'm doing one that will probably go in DS's room, but DH said that DD likes fairies and maybe I need to do one for her. Maybe they'll have a good one in the SAL for the second half of the year.
WIPs: There Be Dragons, Feed My Sheep, Canyon Flight HAED, Lotus Flowers HAED, Christmas Cove
