Not really because I bought it all myself weeks before Christmas but since I wouldn't have been able to if it wasn't for Christmas and my birthday I'm simply compelled to say 'yes'

Threads (loads of Madeira, some Anchor, few skeins of DMC Light Effects...), aida (loads of it in different colours and counts on some online sale), evenweave (couple of little pieces since I have never tried it before), needles (size 28), heap loads of bobbins and storage boxes, Daylight lamp, a frame and 5 or 6 stitching kits (Bothy Threads and Margaret Sherry). Also subscribed to WOXS, CSC and Cross Stitcher.

Thank you :) I've got my overpaid taxes back last month so I've got a bit carried away but it's OK as I rarely have spare cash.

I set everything out ....and do I ever feel like a pig in a poke.... I picked out most of the stuff - DH bought it for me and hid it...so it was all really new to me when I opened it. :)

Another Christmas tree skirt (still trying to finish the first one)! Welcome Almanac kit - I've had my eye on this for quite some time. The Wicked pattern will be stitched in red on the jewel (purple) fabric. The white fabric is for Queen of Hearts (HAED) - which has been in my stash since late summer. DMC floss to complete my collection of the 'regular' colors - plus some dups needed for my HAED projects. Other odds and ends - and everything is on a sewing table and in the back corner a very inexpensive sewing machine so I can serge fabric and finish off small projects.

Like I said - feeling way too spoiled!

My Boys gave me a subscription renewal to New Stitches, which came with what looks like a fat quarter of 28ct sky blue zweigart fabric. Also DH gave me the light/magnifying lens and pattern holder for my stand this: http://www.sewandso.co.uk/ran2739-0.html" target="_blank" target="_blank

Am very pleased. :D

In November I got a few more pieces of 28ct fabric for HAEDs and meant to put them away for Christmas but never did - OH said he'd got me other things anyway. But my uncle sent me a cheque which I spent in Hobbycraft on Boxing Day - I got the floss for the first page of two more HAEDs and a piece of 25ct - since I've got projects on both counts, I can't decide between then now!!

Angel, I've had my eye on that design for a while, isn't it cute :-)?

Slinky, I remember that Pearsall kit, it's gorgeous!

Everyone, what yummy stash!

We have a non-proliferation pact :-) among the adults in our family but do get presents for the boys and they get a few things for us, and this year they got me lots of useful bobbins, gold=plated needles in three sizes and a lovely grab bag from Polstitches, five yummy colours (about 9x12" each):
