DH made me 2 more sets of stretcher rods for scroll frames plus 5 (?) sets of dowel rods and another lap stand pair of legs. Of course, I got those before Christmas, but it was his gift to me. I bought a HAED chart during the sale using some money I had, so it was a gift to myself. The in-laws gave me some money along with everything else (including a new bicycle), so I'm sure some of it will be spent on stash.

I got a Cross stitch Motif Bible, which is full of wonderful little designs. Also a desk calendar with a cross stitch chart per day!. My son says I have to do each one od the correct day!! I don't think so some how. Not too sure my boss at work would approve.

Oh, oh, how could I forget! I have just found a small bag of 7 Madeira silks. A few days before Christmas we went to a mall with my best friend to eat and chat. We also wandered in a hobby-shop... and she bought me these for Christmas. Can't wait to find a small project to try them out :)

I got a Lowery stand and a Tanto thread organiser.

The Lowery stand is fab beyond all things, I finished off my mums pressie on it and then dragged it home and have placed my long term project on it. Love the adjustability and the way it turns so you can access the back of the work and the way you swing it away when you want to get up. Just brilliant.

Not tried the Tanto yet but it looks fine, it'll get an outing after long term project is finished as I'm refusing to start anything else until that it done.
