I don't like ruhbarb in anything other the Strawberry/ruhbarb pie it is delicious. But that is the only way I will eat it.

Beautiful - and so inviting! With the landscaping it will be lovely.
In defense of poor rhubarb...it's one of the few local fruits northerners can grow, and with virtually no effort whatsoever. Very green, and stewed rhubarb makes a lovely sauce for ice cream!

We had a rhubarb patch in a house I once lived in. I took great pleasure in ripping it out. The dog tried to eat the leaves and they are deadly. It was a great excuse to get rid of it.
