Making your cross stitch charts

Ok I am sure somewhere in here their is something like this but I have looked for myself on google, softarchive, cnet everywhere and the ones I did find Sucked big time. so hopefully yall can help me.
I am looking a software that I can download or get that lets me pick any picture in and up pops the chart for it, and the key color. PC stitch sucks tried it, DMC wants to much money not doing that. I want a simple program where it doesnt take to much effort to make a chart from any picture I want.

I have used PC Pro and been very happy with the results you might have to tweak some of the colors but for the most part it is a good program.
