Wow, you're doing great with this! And I can heartily recommend doing the boder and then rewarding yourself with the detail arerwards. I'm doing this with Charlie and it's wonderful to see him gradually appear after doing all the "easy" bits (you also get to see a lot of progress all at once when you do it this way, and I think that can be very encouraging on a large project). Looking forward to watching this one come alive.
Great progress and amazing dedication to doing all that black at once - I guess at least you don't have to check the chart to find out what colour you need next though.
thanks for all the encouragement believe it or not i am really enjoying picking this up and just doing black i can see shapes forming just by doing this which i think is good as even on a large project it gives me a sense i have achieved something
yes it is totally different to 'bob the builder' ha ha ha but im enjoying that too
and i think i will do all the black that i can there are black bits in middle i darent count to so they will be left but i am going to stitch the rest although i cant wait to get to her face and other details lol
