thanks, I shall do the outline today and maybe tonight you will see it finished. I am sticking to the wooden look hoop after all that.

It looks really great Barb and I was thinking of the wood grain all the time - that lets the colours in the stitching stand out and not be in competition with them

okay it''s finished now
Now I cant decide if I should use the woodgrain hoop or get it framed...so it is sitting on the table awaiting my decsion.
Eyes are better. I am going to start culinary cats now.

I still like the idea of putting it in a woodgrain hoop. Sort of fits in the with whole hand sewing look to it.

Can you try a hoop and a frame over it, to get the idea of which look appeals to you most with it?
