Band 2 finished!!

I am loving working on this project and the threads are so beautiful to work with. This band uses more Thread Gatherer silk on the diamonds and the little zig-zag band. The blue / grey flowers are Kreinik Silk Mori and the pink is YLI 2000 denier silk. This is similar to #8 perle, but is more like a silken cord, a really lovely thread.

it is so pretty and delicate, i could never do something like that. :oops: Very taleneted of you. My friend does hardanger and it''s so pretty but also, i have no inclination to learn it yet, maybe one day.
