Here is my latest finish I have made it for my Niece in Dubai Just not yet sure what to do about framing it as it would be difficult to transport with glass?
A cushion?
or if you want it to be framed, how about acrylic safety glazing, or no glazing at all ?
These include "crystal clear acrylic glazing" as standard http://www.eframe.co.uk/content/html/ho ... asp?src=gs" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank
mags
WIPs:
Heritage Tower Bridge (yes still )
various bits and bobs

I agree that it would make a lovely cushion. If you do want to frame it though, just get lots and lots of bubble wrap and a nice stiff box and go nuts with it, it'll give your little niece something to play with as well as enjoying the gift itself!
WIPs:
Snow Princess and the Polar Bear HAED
Plans:
Twinkle twinkle cushion for nephew's third birthday (September 2015)
Man U crests for husband and brother-in-law

Great ideas!! It's such a lovely creation!!

Great finish Kerry. As for the framing, maybe try framing over a canvas as has been described in a recent topic in Tips and Tricks section, then you would't need glass
