Hi!
I love to stitch my projects onto cushions and things and have always used waste canvas. However, my projects are getting bigger and bigger and the waste canvas is getting tougher to get out.
Has anyone used soluble canvas? And if so is it any good?
Thanks
Louise

I have only ever used waste canvas. I sometimes have to be careful that I pull very slowly so that the thread does not break.

I was given some soluble canvas, but haven't had occasion to use it yet.

Soluble canvas...hmm that's a new one to me.. The concept of it sounds great... but weirdly enough I kind of like ripping out the waste canvas.. I get pretty mad scientist about it..

I'm not 100% sure about this but think soluable canvas only comes in a pre-cut size so you might have problems if your design is big, although I suppose you could always tack two pieces next to each other or something like that.

That's interesting I didn't know that. I've not had the chance to look into it I'd just heard about it.
