I'm looking 4 the summer elgance chart from cross stitcher issue 134 i only want to borrow it and will return it when finished thanks

It's the same issue that has "Horsing Around" (according to a quick search I did) and I'm certain somebody here is stitching that design (although I can't remember who), so they may be able to help you.

According to the search it's only part 1 that's in that issue, so unless you already have them, you'd also need issues 135 and 136 as it's a 3-part design.

it me who's stitching it but it's a pull out and i seem to have lost it somewhere along the line which is really annoying as i would reallly love to do it

Have you tried the wanted columns in the magazine to see if anyone can let you have the 3 issues? Always worth a try. I don't have it in my stash now, although I think at one time I had 1 of it. Sorry not to be able to help more.
