wooowww ....we settle with Lizzie Kate "Stitching Forever" now? Its fine with me as I already have the chart on hand but need to pick the thread & fabrics...i am soo very excited ....thanks ladies for brightening my day today .....

Please let me know once both of you get the ordered chart so that we can start ...looking forward to our SAL progress here.......

This is my update on LHN - Gentle & Kind...not much progress but managed to stitch up a few crosses...





Let me tell all of you the mistake ... ...i should have 5 windows instead of 4....too lazy to rectify...just stitch on!!! I enjoy crescent colors...so lovely when the color changes as you stitch.....will have to get some stash on crescent colors...

Btw, does anyone has the conversion of crescent colors to DMC...I bought Home of Neddleworker Too! from LHN but the charts call for CC and there is no DMC conversion...I thot of kitting for my own DMC thread but afraid it turn out to be ugly...can anyone help?

Lily - thanks for being my SAL partner ....just pm me once you are ready to start. July is fine with me. I will wait ..no prob...

Xstitchmad - have you decided which chart you gonna SAL with us?

It's looking lovely -- stitched over one, yes? very delicate!

You can download a conversion chart here -- scroll down to where it says "Crescent Colours - DMC -Sampler Threads -Weeks Dye Works". I haven't used this table so can't tell you how accurate it is, but it may give you something to start from!

Thank you Lili for the information on photobucket and how to put on a picture, I started a thread with a finished piece and I think it has worked. Will take a photo of my fabric and thrads later and post it here
