I found that no afternoon nap meant earlier to bed so by 7.30 I had a whole evening to crack on.
I love your project and I'm sure you will get it finished for the big day.

I love how your work is coming along and I really hope you'll manage to find the time to finish it for the birthday. I know how upsetting it is when kids suddenly stop sleeping in the pm, but you may find other sleeping hours to stitch. I developed this habit of getting up at 4.oo am to stich for a solid 3 hours before my husband and kids get up. If this seems too radical to you, try stitching at night if you're not tired (it doesn't work for me, I tend to fall to frogs at night)

I'm really enjoying watching this develop.

And I have had the same experience: no afternoon nap means earlier to bed (although in summer here, it can be tricky - it's so light at night - and blackout curtains were required!

I'm a bit more optimistic about finishing this one in time. We're going on a vacation next week and this will be the only project I'll take with me. So look out for new pics in 2 or 3 weeks.
