Hi from New Hampshire USA

Post by stitchnscrap »

Hi Everyone!

My name is Angi and I'm a 38 year old mom who loves to cross stitch and scrapbook.
A friend recommended this board so I thought I'd drop in!

Hi Angi and welcome to the forum  I've never done any scrapbooking but I know a lot of people who love it. What kinds of things do you like to stitch?

Hi Angie, Welcome from very cool Melbourne, although we do have the sun today - just for a change.

What sort of things do you like to stitch? I love snowy pictures and have about 5 or 6 of them waiting to see the light of day.

My DIL and GD love to do scrapbooking, I prefer card making though.

Thank you all for such a warm welcome!

Hi Hi Hi gf!! I am so glad to see you here! You'll love this board, there are lots of wonderful people on this board!

We have a pub, hospital type room (perfect service, everything you could ever need or want..tends to be where I am stuck most of the time but with great company), loads of places to stitch and chat, and some of the most wonderful people I have ever met online!

I hope you really like it here!

Ah, friend of Raven's then are we?

Should have said that you are very welcome to frequent the Stash & Grab, serving whatever you might want, (virtually) alcoholic or not, regardless of the time of day (or night). It also has quiet corners, a real fireplace, a ball pool (that was for Angel), and a connecting door to... St CrossStitchers, a non-denominational hospital ward (we even look after scrappers, crochet-ers, and, really, anyone who does craft!), which includes any therapy necessary, and specialises in cups of tea and plumping of pillows - this is originally a British forum, after all! :P Galleries, too. Once you have enough posts, you can create your own gallery for us to ogle. Explore, and hopefully don't get too lost...
