Well I stumbled upon this forum, thanks to my good friend Zeb (who knows she is such an evil evil enabler
) who convinced me to join up. So here I am!My name's Laura, I'm a 25 year old teacher in Auckland. I've been cross stitching for about 12 or so years. At times I have put it down for months (once a couple of years) on end, but I always come back to it, especially in the colder months.
My favourite designer is Bent Creek and at the moment I have an odd obsession with alphabet samplers. No idea why, but every pattern I tend to buy lately are these! I'm also dabbling in designing my own patterns.
I'm an aficionado of tea, Japanese food, British comedies and sci-fi shows, and anything involving zombies.
