I just found this forum, and I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Holly, I'm 31 and I live in the Denver area of Colorado. I've been cross stitching off an on for most of my life, but I just finished my first big project yesterday! It was European Bistro from Dimensions. Wow, now that I've finished it, I feel like a free woman! Haha! I think I'm going to take it to have it professionally framed, so I'll post a pic when it's done. I think I'm going to start a Christmas sampler next. I'm glad I found this forum!

Thanks, everyone! It's tough to find people in my area who still cross stitch. I learned from my mom years ago. I've been out of school for a few months now, and still haven't found a job. I've been pretty nervous about it, so stitching gives me something to concentrate on and keep my hands busy...and it's fun, too.

Just had a look at your gallery. Its great and I love the Snow Family one. I have the full sized picture of your Christmas Stocking in my stash and was going to do it for this Christmas - oh well there is always next Christmas.
