Stitching is something I started with early on but never really finished much that I started until my son was born. I managed to complete a birth date, info piece and his Christmas stocking. Now four years later I have inherited my mother's unfinished stitchery. Discovering I had lots of questions and decided I would find a forum to be a part of. This looks like a great resource.
Currently working on completing a wedding gift for one of my cousins. I have discovered that I enjoy finishing a project and not starting one . Starting projects would frustrate me every time.
Welcome from Australia. How exciting to inherit all your mother's stitching to finish - although sad your mother didn't get to see the finished projects.
There is a UFO thread but I am not sure where to find it. I am sure you will find it a help, along with alll the helpful advice given on here.

Hi Kindra! I'm new to the forum, as well. I have the same frustrations with starting a project. I think I have about 4 projects that are halfway done. I finished my first big project yesterday, and felt like shouting it from the rooftops! I used to live in Ft. Worth, but now I'm in Colorado. I have family in the Houston area, too.
2022 is yet another year of the UFO!!
