Ok, I suppose we need to have a deadline for signing up if people want to personalise their biscornus. What about next Friday (6th August)? That give another week for people to sign up and then 2 months to make the biscornu.

I just want to highlight that my house is smoke free even though we are smokers. When I stitch I don't even think of smoking (I am a light smoker) so I am normally showered and in my pjs before starting any stitching so all my pieces are smoke free. I also have a wee Yorkie who is in the same room as me when I stitch but he is normally in his bed and we keep his hair cut very short and he doesn't cast.

Hehehe thanks guys for putting up with that little quibble of mine. I don't mind smokers, but the smell does wiggy things to my sinuses ~_~

I have no special preference or requirement eventough I am not a smoker neither own pets...but i believe all of us know pretty well how to keep away our work piece from the pets as well as puffing......

Just finished putting together my design for the front of the biscornu (I pinched a basic motif from a book and added a few little bits). Just got to stitch the bookmark for the other exchange, then I can get started on this one. Still busy deciding what fabric to use...

Other exchanges I've taken part in also ask if people have concerns about smoking/pets cause of the allergies issue. If you need any help I'll happily step up.

And from the looks of things, most of us are non-smokers anyway, and very few have allergies to pets
