The pattern is out of a Cross My Heart book called "Creatures of Myth." It has other creatures besides the dragon (hippogriff, unicorn). It's an older book though. So sorry to hear you cannot get your car to pass emissions. That can be a pain sometimes I know. Arizona emissions are tough as well. It seems you are suffering from so many projects with so little time

Thank you all! So far, the current project is moving along faster than I expected (it was a kit, so seeing the pattern before I bought it was not possible). I had no idea there were so many half stitches in it - LOVE those suprises
