I have just finished my first humbug. The design is Cornflower Humbug by Faby Reilly.

I think I didn't leave enough extra material around the edges, so there's a little bit that sticks out at the seam, but otherwise I think it turned out OK for my first try. I will know better for next time! Sorry the pics are blurry, I am a terrible photographer Here they are:

This was a freebie from Purple Patch Designs and I made it into a little pillow to hang on my bedroom door. Added a little bling too. (its about 4x4in)

Mauveme - the pear is great - it really grabbed my attention.

A coworker had a baby a couple weeks ago and part of the wrapping decoration for her gifts contained the bibs below. Her last name is "Oh" - so we had a bit of fun with the bibs.

Sorry if the pictures come through big - it's been a while since I posted any pics - out of practice.

This one was actually stitched by another coworker that has recently been rebitten by the stitching bug (proud to say I may have been the enabler)




This one I stitched - took a pattern that said Ho Ho Ho and was going to switch it to Oh Oh Oh - but the bib was too small - still a cute X-mas theme (I think anyway)

Now that I have a new camera, heres the Lizzie*Kate snippet I did. I used the DMC colours but got them slightly mixed up but still I reckin it came out ok




I found the frame in a charity shop a few years ago, I knew it would come in handy someday!
