This is a gift for my lovely granddaughter Holly who loves Guinea Pigs. It is the hardest thing I've tried because the chart is a pic of the finished item with tiny dots representing the colours. The pattern of dots in the greens were the same as the ones in the browns, so copying and printing in greys didn't work out. And it was very small - I needed a magnifier to see it at all. I only managed to finish because I could hold it on my stand and keep my place while I consulted the chart. Several times it came close to being a UFO
and I do mean flying object - flying toward the bin!
I have a real feeling of achievement on this one.

Well I for one am glad it didn't become a UFO (of whatever type
), it's lovely! I've had several guinea pigs over the years and this is just sooooo guinea pig, she'll absolutely adore it!

Awww the guinea pigs look really cute! That pattern sounds like a bit of headache. Major kudos for trooping on and getting it finished!

It's so cute!
Glad you muddled through the chart- I don't know why some charts are so difficult to follow!
Your granddaughter will love it!

Oh, well done you, especially since it was so difficult to read the chart! I love guinea pigs - used to own two smooth coated ones when my children were young, and they were a delight.

Aww that is so cute - I ove guinea pigs. Have 4 at the moment, most we've ever had was 14! There never seem to be many Guinea cross stitches around though...
