Great finish. So sorry to hear about your framing. I've had a similar experience with a shop I had used regularly, then they messed up my picture by framing it off center, then eventually went out of business...hmm I wonder if management had changed and then business went south. I do hope you are able to get a resolution that is satisfying.

That's a lovely design. I think the little girl will be very pleased to have that on her wall. This post reminded me that I should really finish the Winnie the Pooh afghan that I started when I was expecting my daughter - she just turned 4

If you read my earlier post today, you'll know that I was not happy with the framing job. I took it back and the owner made some changes. Some tiny thread bits had gotten caught between the mat and the glass, so they were removed. She sanded the rough corners of the of metal frame, and straightened a crooked corner. Overall, it is better, but in my opinion not 100%. I have high standards! :)

Her 'reason' was that her father had been helping her out, and he sometimes forsakes quality for speed. In any case, I will probably not return.

Here's the final product! Hard to get a picture without a reflection . . .

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments about the design. Even though it is three years late, I'm sure Alexandra will like it. Hope so!

The Bear Family has finally been presented to its new owner! Even though it was three years late, little Allie didn't seem to mind . . .
