I too am having a break from big projects and doing little stuff. Thats what is so great about cross stitch. It can be big or small, serious or a fun stitch.
Have you seen the orchids in cross stitcher issue 228...there is a picture on the front cover at the bottom. I like them too and have done the kit called oriental orchids and plan on doing the cross stitcher one as well as oriental orchids is mostly creams, whites, peaches, browns ect. It''s in my gallery.

Thanks barb. I saw your orchids and they are lovely. Haven't seen the one in Cross Stitcher as I usually don't buy mags(getting hard to get too-not many stores carry cross stitch mags at all now). I usually dont' buy kits, I think they are horribly overpriced. I got the orchid chart from a mag and the kit that it is available in is $87. In no way shape or form is that worth that kind of money.
