This will sound strange, but I don't remember!
I stitch small 'card size' items and throw them in a drawer until the right occasion comes along. Then I make the card. So I stitched this one quite a while ago. I have several books of small designs for cards and had a quick look, but can't find this one right now. I'll post again if I can find it.
EDIT! I can't find this exact design but I found a red one almost exactly like it in a Joan Elliott book, so I probably found the blue one in a magazine featuring Joan Elliott designs. I like her work very much!
