I use straight blade squissors, on the left in this picture, for cutting on 28ct and finer, but if I'm working on 22ct or 25ct I usually just use my stork scissors.

Thanks for the info Mabel--I do have stork scissors already, so may soon get brave and do the basic cutting--so I won't need to try and hunt down the squissors??
Edit--don't need to hunt them down as they are in the link you posted :oops: Will experiment a bit with what I have :)

Been trying a bit more on hardanger--my first cutwork attempt--on 28 count evenweave using perle 5 for the kloster blocks and perle 8 for the needleweaving--must admit it's not nearly as scary as I thought it would be. :)

great work. I've started doing hardanger recently the cutwork is daunting at first but fun too.can't wait to see more well done :applesauce:
